Great news! Wheelsday registration is back up and active again.
The issues have been fixed and we are now on a nice new stable server.
If you'd like to support us and attend this years show with your vehicle please feel free to visit www.surreystreetrodders.com/wheelsday to register your vehicle for display on the show field. If you have already applied for this year we have your application saved. There is no need to reapply!
Registration closes in 8 weeks time so please get your applications in before then.
If you only want to view the show on the day there is no need to apply for a show pass, public viewing is from 10am on Good Friday as always and there is plenty of public parking on site.
Thanks for everyones support as always and we look forward to seeing more of your cars.
All the best,
Andrew and the SSR Team

We’ll be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re experiancing some technical difficaulties at the moment. If you need to you can always follow us on Facebook for updates, otherwise we’ll b...
Our Wheelsday site is currently offline due to technical issues being experienced with our web host company.
We are waiting for them to fix the issue so please be aware, the registration site may be up and down while they undertake the work. We will update once the issue is fixed and registration is open again.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello SSR members,
Well 2023 is upon us and we hope you all enjoyed Christmas and New Years.
Wheelsday prep is well underway and we're franticly working behind the scenes organising Wheelsday 48 for your enjoyment. It falls on Friday 7th April this year so we're keeping everything crossed for a warm dry spring, perfect for everyone to show off their pride and joys for all to see and help raise money for good causes as always.
We're pleased to announce registration is now open on www.surreystreetrodders.com/wheelsday for show vehicles so please feel free to head over to register your car/van/truck/bus/racecar/etc details for one of our passes.
Even with the ever increasing costs involved in organising and running a show, we are well aware that everyone is struggling more than ever so as in previous years entry is still only £10 per vehicle and includes entry for the driver and one passenger. Please take the time to register your vehicle for a chance at a show pass. As always no pass, no entry, no show! You must register and pay for your pass to receive one. You will be sent one in the post to display for entry. Emails are not proof of payment and you will be sent to park in public parking.
Unfortunately there are only single car entry passes available again this year (no club stands). We know this was quite popular and will look at this again in the future. Sorry for any disappointment!
Should you wish to attend as viewing public the spectator gates open on good friday from 10am as usual and entry is £5 per person via entry to the arena. There is parking for hundreds of cars on site so no need to rely on public transport. If you turn up to view without an arena pass in a show car please note you will be parking with daily drivers.
As always we will try our hardest to reply to all messages we receive on here in a timely manner but please bare with us. We all have daily jobs and family lives so if you don't get a reply immediately please don't spam us with more messages.
Trade can either apply via email to trade@wheelsday.net or use our handy new trade form on the Wheelsday website. As with here, please don't expect an immediate response. Our trade team handle the bookings around their personal lives so please give them time to reply.
And finally, Thankyou for everyone's support each year! Without you attending and supporting us, this event wouldn't happen and lots of good causes would miss out on help they truly need more now than ever. We all donate our time so everyone who comes can enjoy themselves and be a little part of something great. See you all at the show!
All the best,
The SSR Team
